Jennifer joined the State and Consumer Services Agency (SCSA) in August 2008 as an Office Technician. Prior to this appointment, she has worked for the Division of the State Architect and the Board of Equalization.

Before entering State service, Ms. Bernal was employed in various sales and customer service positions in the retail market.
